The story was a bit sci-fi, but maybe just non-consent. A woman was abducted and wakes naked in a room to a buzzer, when a naked man comes in from a sliding door (elevator, maybe?).
They aren't allowed to talk, and have to have sex or a terrible pain is felt in their heads. After a short period, he has to leave and another man enters. She learns to comply to avoid the pain, and starts to enjoy the different partners.
Does this ring any bells? I can't seem to find the story.
