Abandoned Stories

I am just wondering if people think it is a good idea to go through the list of stories that havent been added to in a long time, or have unapproved threads for a long amount of time to be emailed to see if they still log on. Like actively search through the stories. I think what we do now, which is just a guess, is just ask the people of the stories we want to add to. I don't know if that makes any sense, so im sorry if it doesnt.

Yeah i thought he was just putting stories up that people have told him about or he has noticed when he adds to them. Not sure though...

Well I am going to be starting the emailing today...i will be putting the chyoo names of the people i email to help me keep track of when i emailed them and if anyone of them are someone on here.

I was doing this in a very hodge-podge manner, and going story by story, rather than author by author. I haven't done that for a year or so. The rest are suggested by thread authors waiting on approval for weeks or months.
