I feel a 'public' apology should be made to Kuntmode for the immense overreaction by Lit authority to what was merely an exercise in helping a regular Lit member gain information to contact Literotica to discuss reasons why they try to remain anonymous to their respective clientelle.

okay, i'm confused so maybe you can explain something for me. how can you equate not allowing certain information to be posted on lit with not allowing access to public records? i mean, you were able to find that information without it being publish on lit, so obviously no one is stopping any lit member from accessing the info. rather, they are not allowing this information to be posted here on the board. do you not understand this difference?

I was trying to figure out why those threads and posts were removed...it made no sense to me.

If They removed the threads because generic, internic-type administrative & technical contact info from JelSoft's public website was cross posted here...well, that sounds odd, doesn't it, and further reinforces one's desire to know who is gathering the data on hundreds of thousands of unique visits per month.

If it was simply a drunk Moderator with a Delete-happy finger for Lance last night.....well then we know Moderators do indeed have some of the Admin powers JelSoft provides as advertised and that the GB is indeed Moderated.

Did you notice the visceral reactions of Muffy, Lavender and Ishmael to the suggestion that websites ought to disclose ownership details to the public in the same was as print, radio and television companies do?

Either way, something was learned, wasn't it?

I found it rather odd at the influx of people that suddenly zoomed onto those threads and were very outspoken towards the content.

Odd as in the way they were in full support of the powers that be in the censorship that prevailed.

Posts were indeed removed and also full threads.

This unfortunately is my fault to a certain degree. I did post various details of the Literotica heirachy. Contact details and location. Basically just general public information as to how to directly contact those in charge of this website.

I thought I was doing the Literotica public a service. Why was there a public outcry from certain individuals that are apart of that glorious family-like community Lavender likes to rave about with so much pride?

Crysede, Nora and of course the above mentioned by yourself felt rather pro-Big brother when confronting my opinions and information. Why is that?

All I know is you exercised your freedom of speech within the rules, but for some reason, someone felt it wasn't appropriate.

I may have over exercised my right by toying with those rules, but sometimes we need to band together and bend the rules for the sake of wanting to know who is profiting from the abundant time spent on this website.

Of course some don't give a fuck. Personally, I don't really myself, but it is good to flush out the do-gooders and know who to mind your p's and q's around in the future.
