Okay, folks, it's not typical of me to hype anything, but I just wanted to tell anyone who is looking for a way to work their abs and get rock-solid in the mid-section, I have been using this Ab Lounge for a week and I've already reduced my waistline by 2 inches.

This thing rocks. It allows you to perform the jack-knife, which is pretty much the gold standard in abdominal exericise. If you wanna get your schoolgirl (or schoolboy) figure back, babies, this is the way to roll. :D

When I first looked at the title I saw Abs Crunches and I thought there was no way I was going to crunch Abs. (Maybe smoosh her a bit:cool: but not crunch her.

Then I read the thread and got to thinking.

Yep I've seen the ads for those Ab Loungers. I can see how they might work and even work well. On the other hand there are somewhat more trenous excercises you can do. One is what we used to call the rocking horse. Lay on your back and lift both your feet and shoulders off the floor. Hold this position for a while and feel the burn.

Another is called the Leopard Crawl. Get down on your belly and start crawling on knees and elbows. Keep your butt down and your belly off the ground. A couple of laps around the yard and you'll be feeling this not only in your abs but in your arms, chest and legs.

I had one and got rid of it.

After a week, my sinuses were so bad I couldn't stand it. I let my head clear and tried it again with the same results. A trip to the doctor just confirmed what I already suspected. The downward motion just filled my head every time.

Haven't tried one. Don't have the space for another piece of exer-niture. However, I think you can get a good ab workout on a big ball (lots of extension & back support). The Russian twists work well, too.

Hmmm. Interesting exercise tips, Sea. Thanks!

Sorry that the Ab Lounge irritated the sinuses, Mistress.

Imp, I've been thinking of getting one of those exercise balls. I may give that a try. For now, the Lounge is doing fine. But, eventually, I will want to sculpt more carefully as well.
