I would love to find a story about a world (not necessarily post-apocalyptic) where there are few males and women need to cum to survive. I don't care why they need it. How about something like this?
Someone telling a story about women in a small remote village that are jacking men off and smearing their cum all over their bodies. Every woman in the village is doing this, and they don't care who the man is as long as he can squirt. They need to do this as often as possible.
The reason they are doing this is the town has been invaded by giant alien insects that are repelled by the scent of human cum. If a woman isn't wearing the slimy repellent she risks being captured by one of the insects. The village is fighting the insects with everything they have, but they are losing the battle. The village is too remote to count on any kind of help from the outside.

Back in the infancy of the internet - when one went to usenet to view their choice of porn - there was a story I bumped into that is essentially what the OP wanted.
From what I recall the McGuffin was a nano bot infestation which only changed the females of the Homo species. The genetic change required them to ingest sperm / semen after puberty - so it would not be Lit friendly as some gals hit menses earlier than the legal age requirement. However there were twists and turns in it - lesbians would band together and keep young males as their - ahem - milk herd. Might I suggest you adjust this? Unless you are going to make this a world where all men are somehow ridiculously over-endowed, this just seems too big. And you are going to catch some flack for it. There's nothing wrong with your main character (or other's) having large appendages. But over a foot? That's beyond big.
That's just my 2 cents on it. I've caught flack from a few people when I used the wrong words to describe the width of my MC's member...and it appeared to be way too big..there is only so far that people are going to be willing to suspend their disbelief.
