A White Christmas.... in Houston

Well, actually Baytown, Texas and there is more green than white in the yards but the rooftops and cars are covered in white and there is a sprinkling covering the branches and ground here. According to the Houston Chronicle there hasn't been a white Christmas here since... well there hasn't been one since before 1950 (that was as far back as they listed the recorded snowfall in our area).

Now I know where our snow went! It all melted the other day. Presumeably, some of it rematerialized over Houston. :)

It is 13 degrees farenheit here though.

And it must be Christmas. I am wearing a kid-purchased brooch (from a school holiday-craft show), and I just ate leftover raspberry cheesecake for breakfast. I just love Christmas. :D

it was on our local news channel just last night--- we havent had a snowfall on Christmas since 1935....and I personally hope we never have another!!! :D
 
The only white I had in my christmas were my legs. I need sun!
 
Um... make that legs and butt.
Okay, all of me needs some sun.
