That's a euphamism for potty room.

Our's is well stocked. Overstocked actually.

5 bodybuilding magazines
2 Cosmos
3 female fitness magazines
2 American Rifleman mags from 1996
1 book of romantic poetry
2 John Grishams, one half eaten by the dog
3 W.E.B. Griffins
7 Louis L'Amours
1 World War II history book
1 romance novel
1 dictionary
1 no longer missing algebra book
2 overdue library books, one of which we paid for cause we thought the dog ate it
1 Johnny Cash CD
1 National Enquirer *blech*
1 seven month old newspaper
1 hand held yahtzee game

You know, I never clean the book basket. I just move it so I can clean under and around it.

I feel so weird. Specially since I bought a new copy of Special Ops cause he lost his. It's in the bathroom.

Thats got to be the most interesting combination of reading material I have ever seen.

*Sigh*

No:
Oui?
Penthouse?
Hustler?
Playboy?

~I think I'll just use the porta-potty over there! Thanks anyway!~

Weekly World News?

I always enjoy hearing people laughing on the John.

So is there like a book shelf in the wall? Sheesh I don't want to be in there long enough to read a book. :)

OK, I couldn't resist doing my own count:

2 New Yorkers
1 Bon Appetit
2 far Side books
1 NY Times Book Review section
1 Atlantic
1 J Jill catalog
1 Victoria Secret catalog
1 Harpers
The instruction book for playing The Sims

Nice crapper collection.

Well, here's the geek confession:

> The A section and the Week in Review from several weeks of the Sunday New York Times

> A few weeks of The Economist

> Two issues of Outdoors

> Several months of various aviation mags

No one but me spends much time in my bathroom.

Ok.. you have 2 New Yorkers in your bathroom? Do they stay under the sink or in the shower? Do they atleast close their eyes when you use the bathroom?

And I don't think I want to even know about the Bon Appetit

;) :D

Yahtzee game?

Let's hear more about why you have a Yahtzee game in your "reading room". I haven't seen a two-holer since my Grandpa's farm got indoor plumbing. Do you play against yourself in there or what?

You read Cosmo?

Sure she does, didn't you see that issue that had the article about how to accessorize with holsters and ammo belts?

I knew I shouda found you earlier. No one down here has a clue what the Atlantic and Harpers are other than things that must be moved out of the passenger seat of my car before going to lunch with me.

But do you really prefer Bon Appetit to Saveur, Food and Wine or The Wine Spectator? Not a judgement call, but merely a question.

I read them all, and several of the culinary industry mags as well, but my favorite, actually, is Cook's. I love the way they will try a dozen different recipes for the same thing and compare them.

Thanks for the tip. Never heard of Cook's but I'm always looking for new ways to kill an entire evening in the kitchen.

Precious little space in the throne room here. The adjacent room has bookshelves lining the walls, so any book going in gets taken right back out. The only paper remaining isn't meant to be read.
