Please, let's don't turn this into a political thread. I think we can all agree that the troops need our support regardless of how you feel about the civilian leaderships policies.
This is a site that was started by a soldier. It was began for troops in his unit of having a way to make a list of things they need or would like to have. The idea took off and over 700 troops are now registered. Troops basically register at this site, and people can pick an individual, or a unit and send them care packages. There is no distributor or middle man. All stuff sent over goes straight to the intended troop.
Unfortunately, there are some troops that don't get any mail or care packages. I knew some that were like that when I was active.
With Veterans day just passing, and the holidays fast approaching, I thought some might enjoy the thought of doing a little something to help make a soldiers day a little brighter.
