A very dumb question

My wife and I just started trying to have a Baby and it seems at least as I put in seems to come out again. How much actually stays in there?

I know I am an idiot for asking but hey, that is me anyway lol

I am going to assume that you mean your ejaculation coming back out right?

I am not an expert,nor will I pretend to be one. The only thing I know is that it takes only one of your many sperm to get up there and make her preggers.

If just cumming on a thigh can make someone pregnant,then I wouldn't worry about what comes back out.

I wouldn't trade them for the world, but both of my children were conceived at a time that was supposed to be impossible and under circumstances that had absolutely no thought or effort dedicated to faciliting a pregnancy. What I'm saying is, it apparently is very easy and doesn't much matter under most circumstances.

Unregistered, what happens when a man ejaculates into a woman is that his sperm immediately begin their journey through the cervix, into the uterus, and eventually, hopefully, into the fallopian tubes where one of those little guys finally penetrates the egg.

There is more in semen than just sperm, however. What happens after ejaculation, and the sperm make their hasty run for it, is that the liquid that got those little guys from your testicles through the prostrate and down the penis disolves into a slightly different form than what it was before and is expelled from the female's body. Yes, there is still some sperm contained in the liquid that is expelled, but more of the sperm got left behind.

That's about all I can remember from Health and Biology Ed, though...

Try to make love during the middle of her cycle... the three days before and the three days after the middle of her cylcle...
My wife's OBGYN toldus to try that and it worked the 1st time out...

One thing you need to think about is... not only is the fluid from your manly little guys leaking out, but fluids from her arousal are leaking out too.

The first "spurt" ( for lack of a better term ) you release is the one that travels the furthest. But also ... a woman can get pregnant from that teeny weeny little bitty drop of precum that leaks out of your penis even before you ejaculate. So what you are seeing leaking out is not the total of the sperm deposit you put in. Those first happy little guys from the blast off are already on their way to uterus heaven.

Thank you for the respoces It has been a few years wait since I was in University and without a good job. Now we are ready. For the most part we are going to try and take it natuarlly and let nature take its course. But there are just things that I never thought about until now. Funny how the outlook changes when you are not only doing it for fun anymore.
