I just woke from a dream where I was in space and have climb across the solar panel array of a space station trying to get to an airlock.
Unlike most spacewalks, I was not tethered to anything and didn't have an MMU (Manned Maneuvering Unit) to steer myself with, so if I lost my grip or fell off I would just drift off into space.
For whatever reason, the solar array of this space station was rotating rapidly, making my untethered and uncontrollable space walk even more dangerous.
The only control I had was whatever I was grabbing onto with my hands. I had to push off and throw myself from one set of panels to the next, and if I wasn't able to catch hold of the next panel, I was a goner.
This airlock was quite some distance away.
From what I can ascertain, something went terribly wrong and this space station had lost it's orbit and was plunging into the Earth, and I was desperately trying to reach the escape module.
