As much as I hate the Republicans and their babydoll-hands leader, I can't believe that Bob Menendez is still allowed in Congress. I literally thought that guy had been removed or voted out years ago. If we're going to clean house, we need to clean both sides.

The trouble with parties is that too many people buy bullshit like, “this is the most important election in our lifetimes.”

In order to improve a political party, you have to be willing to let it lose. A party that wins has every right to assume you’re happy with its performance. So turning out to vote for people who suck… because they are in your party… is a formula that ensures things will not get better.

It’s hard to accept that when the propaganda has you really believing that everything will be different (and catastrophic) if the other side wins… but it won’t.

It would be a wonderful thing if politicians turned on each other - for valid reasons - on a regular basis. I’d be happy to support a party where that was the rule rather than the exception.

The time has come for Republicans to show Donald Trump the door and reclaim what remains of their party. They will lose in 2024, but then they can start the hard work of rebuilding.
