Something like a young couple making out alone and the guy's dangerous and somewhat insane best friend coming into the room with a loaded gun, demanding to watch them having sex if they want to get out alive.
He would then command them to do various other sexual acts (himself not being part of it, just watching).
Oh, and the girl is a virgin btw.
