Unfortunately, nobody reads FAQ's. They either aren't bright enough to check their first, or their egos can't conceive that three thousand other clueless yahoos might have already asked the same question.

That said, an FAQ and perhaps a sticky for the one ro two really constant questions might not hurt. At minimum it might be quicker to answer a post by pointing someone to the FAQ when they inevitably post their thread anyway.
 
I think an FAQ with a glossary would be a good idea. There are so many 'what's the difference between a sub and a bottom?' type threads that a FAQ that clarifies all these terms would definitely be a good idea. Forum specific stuff like PYL/pyl could also be included.

How about a thread entitled: Chat for all Y/you pretentious 'lifestylers' with nothing better to do than laboriously type W/we and U/us.
