A smal breastion...I mean question

I have heard friends say in the past that they believe women with small breasts are more sensitive to touch, particularly the nipples. I would be interested to hear your opinions on this. Personally, I think its varies from woman to woman without regard to the size of their breasts. I also tend to like them all, big or small.
