Samantha aka Sam mcall
23
Was sweet and sassy at one time now closed and cold heartedhttp://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q93/mv_layouts/Female%20Celebrities/m40123662.jpg

Samantha used to have that zest for life but when she was 16 years old her brother was 18 he decided to join the army... he was all Sam had, and they had been truly close. There mother wasn't in there life leaving them with a bastard that they were to call father, he was abusive leaving bruises on the two of them but Sam got the worse having had to wear the armor of looking like there mother. When her brother turned 18 without telling her he joined the armed forces her, leaving her to be the blame of his going. Samantha had a very rough 4 years not able to move until she was 19, finally saving up enough money to rent a small one room apartment and still afford courses at her local college, she would have moved so far away but could not afford it. She loved her brother, but now her heart was full of anger and hate... could her brother open it once again.

Wesley "Wes" McCall
22 yrs old, now on reserve status from army, 3 month leave
red hair blue eyes, tall 6'1"
spoke what was on his mind, kind of a wiseass

IC:

Wes didn't say a word to Samantha about his 3 month leave, instead just tracking her down on his own from the last address that she had sent him a letter from. He parked his rented set of wheels around the back of some dingy apartment complex which really looked more like a trailer park and then walking around to the front of building A-3 he began searching the last names for his own. Wes assumed that his little sis wasn't married and found the number next to their last name #118. He waited there at the front stoop for awhile and then let himself in as someone else exited. Walking up the back steps he found her room and knocked..no answer.

Wes then went over to the complex office if you could call it that.. more like an old woman watching TV in a small room.. and showed her his ID with the name McCall on it explaining to her that he had lost his key. After taking the key he went over and smiling under his breath thinking of her reaction when she got home, he let himself into his sisters tiny apartment looking around a bit at the surroundings before grabbing a beer from the fridge and plopping himself down on a big worn out green easy chair right in front of the rickety front door. Wes sat there drinking the beer and while waiting for Samantha to return thought about the countless times that he and his pretty younger sister had wrestled over the TV remote on their parents leather couch when they were younger, somehow with the match always ending with Wes trying to feel up Sams firm and developing breasts and being rebuffed, slapped and ridiculed every single time as he surrendered the remote to his triumphant little sis.

The lock to the front door of the place clicked with a key entering it as Wes turned to look beer in hand..

Sam

Sam had a bad long day, she didn't look forward to going home the day at the bar had been hell... and then her night class had even been more hell... she sighed wearing a tight white tank-top and tight blue jeans her long way hair hanging as she drove to her small apartment.

She rubbed her neck as she pulled into her parking spot and then looked around the few people that lived here was like family, and usually she stopped by her friend Jamies house but all she wanted was a clod beer and a hot bath maybe even in the same order.

She was frustrated as well, but that was another story, finding the keys and letting herself in her back was turned to the now stranger that sat on her leather chair.

Wes

Looking at the entrance and sitting in the chair Wes' jaw dropped slightly as he checked out the curvy girl decked out in the tank top with her back turned to him. His eyes took her in for a few seconds before speaking up.

Samantha turned around.

"Hey Sis.."

Sam

Samantha felt as if someone were watching her but that was immposible the only other person that had the key was the landlady.

Then she turned and with a cold and distant stare looked at her brother...

''Wes?'' She questioned as if she didn't reconize him.

Wes

''Wes?''

"Hi Sam.."

Wes smiled at Samanthas look of astonishment and put his beer down on the coffee table. He got up to hug his sister standing there extending his arms out to her as she stared at him with steely eyes. He couldn't help but check her out in her white tanktop and tight jeans as he faced her and hoped that his sis didn't notice where her brothers eyes were roaming.. Wes was dressed in a tight black muscle-T and a pair of camo pants from the army which were now rapidly stretching in the crotch area as he continued to look at her but in his mind realizing what a jerk that he had been to her.. unrelenting remorse now setting in as he realized what hell that his sister must have gone through with that rat bastard father of theirs. He would take care of him later, Wes thought.

He had after all taken off for parts unknown in the army and had just left her there in that dank and dour situation..

"Miss me much?"

Wes offered his baby sister a smile and hoped that she would at least accept his offer of a nice hug.

Sam

Hi Sam, that was all he had to say to her? Sam wasn't the touchy feel type of girl that her brother had known when he had left.

When he hugged her, he noticed that she hadn't hugged back, part of her wanted to say do I actual know you, seeing as you couldn't write, or pick up the damn phone, but she had time for that, for now all she cared was why he was here. He looked good though, she thought to herself, but feelings like the ones she had for him were long gone... she was hateful now, but maybe he could change all of that.. or did she want to change.

It had been a long time since she had seen Wes and here he was in her apartment. ''How did you get in here?'' She asked.

''Why would I miss you?'' She asked bitterly... ''I called, I wrote and you couldn't do either.'' The anger in her voice was evident.

He still had a very coming smile she thought to herself, but shook her head.

Taking the first initiative, Wes walked up to his sister standing there wrapped his arms around her and hugged her. For a few seconds he could feel her breasts squashed against his chest as she kind of let him squeeze her but then she quickly pushed herself away glaring at him.

''How did you get in here?'' ''Why would I miss you?''

Samantha was different, no question about that. Something was missing Wes thought to himself as he studied her face.

"Your old landlady let me in, I told her that I lived here and lost my key." Wes cracked with a grin finding that Sam didn't share his amusement still glaring at him.

"Listen Sam..stuff happened..with..me too in the Army these past four years but you're right there was no reason that I shouldn't have at least called you or written you and I'm sorry O.K.? But I'm here now and well.. hell I missed you sis."

Wes sat down in the recliner again and searched his sisters eyes for any sign of forgiveness. Damn she looked good.

Sam

She hadn't been hugged that gently in a long time, perhaps that was because she never let anyone get close enough to do so. She took a deep breath before she gently pulled away from his embrace.

She had to be blunt, she had learned to be nothing but blunt and to the point to get anywhere in this world.

He seemed hurt by her forwardness and her questions, but she was angry with him more so than anyone else... if he knew half of the hell she had went through he would understand why she was who she was now... she didn't go by Samantha anymore or as he used to call her Sammy, she was just Sam.

''Dumb woman, I should have mentioned not giving anyone the key, even if they do have my last name.'' Clearly she was annoyed and it showed.

''Stuff happened?'' She questioned really was that how he saw it, stuff happened... her father hadn't beat the shit out of him everyday... or blamed her for his leaving... he hadn't called him names and wished him dead, no he missed him.

She was hurt still and cold, some called her a bitch but to her customers... and her few friends they seen the old Samantha that little Sammy, sweet sincere and innocent.

Wes sat there studying Sam as she stood there not knowing what was going on in her head but now determined to find out.

"Listen Sam I'm..well I guess that I'm sorry that I snuck in here uninvited but I just wanted to surprise you I guess that's all. His eyes gave her womanly figure the once over again, Wes couldn't believe how good his sister looked maybe it was all the time spent in the service being without a steady girlfriend but damn she looked good he thought to himself.. glad that Sam couldn't read his thoughts or that would surely be the swift end of this reunion.

"Now why don't you grab a cold beer and come sit here next to me over here sis and we can talk..?" Wes said gesturing over to the chair right next to where he was seated.

"Then maybe we can go grab a bite to eat, I passed a nice restarant along the way here..my treat.. o.k.?"

Wes gave Sam his familiar grin trying to relax if not coax her just a bit..

Sam

She took a deep breath and tried to calm her nerves down, she wasn't really upset he sneaked in, more upset that he really hadn't seemed to care that he left her in a hell house, or that he hasn't called her once.

''I am not mad about that.'' She said shrugging her shoulders... had he really forgotten Samantha's ways since he had been away, he used to be able to read her better than anyone else. She wouldn't be a liar and say that she didn't still love him more than a brother cause she did... but that was another story.

She nodded her head and walked away to the fridge looking back at him, sitting there so cool, as if nothing ever happened. She grabbed a beer but didn't sit beside him instead she sat on another chair in the room.

She was hungry, so she wouldn't turn him down for that.. ''Alright.'' She said in agreement to that plan.

She didn't know what to say so instead she decided to bring up small talk, not that she wanted to, but she could tell he wasn't leaving anytime soon. ''Any new lady's in your life?'' She asked coldly, the tone stated if there was she didn't like it.. and Sam wasn't sure why..

Wes

"Well if you're not mad about that then what is it sis? C'mon spill it tell me will ya'?"

Wes watched his sis there sitting in the chair taking another swig from the beer bottle as she turned and looked back at him with a strange frown on her face and continued watching her fine ass sway from side to side as she walked away towards the kitchen. Those same unbrotherly feelings that he had for Samantha back when they were younger were all flooding back to him again as Wes studied her wondering what her life was about now but knowing that it was certainly no cakewalk to say the least..

Wes took another swig from the beer not liking that fact that his sister sat on the chair across the room from him.

"Yea I was seeing a few women on and off during my years in the service, mostly off base.."

"So where are you workin' now?" he said sitting up in his chair now propping his arms up on his thighs studying Sams every move still slightly annoyed by the fact that she didn't sit on the chair next to him..

Sam

''Are you kidding me Wes?'' She asked her tone still cool as ice... ''You don't know why I am angry.'' She shook her head and laughed slightly.

She walked to the kitchen wishing for once she had bought something stronger than beer, cause she really did need it at this time, she loved her brother at the same time she hated him, she could see he changed he wasn't the same caring man he had been when he left, and she wasn't the same little girl he knew either.. she was hateful to most, loved by many, but she didn't give her heart out.

She shook her head when she sat down on the chair across from him, and watched him nonchlantly like nothing ever happened between the two of them.

''Now do you see why I am angry, Wes you took time to be with woman off base but I went through hell and not one damn time did you write... call... can you explain why.'' She asked, she felt tears coming but she hadn't cried in a year,, her heart was locked.

''I work at a bar about 5 miles up the road nice place, pays the bills.'' She said with another shrug.

Wes

"What bar?.. I don't want you working in no bar, you're gonna quit that job..I got some money..I don't want my sister working in no bar.."

Wes grumbled a bit and then finished the rest of the beer and laid the empty bottle on the peeled coffe table next to him.

Wes you took time to be with woman off base but I went through hell and not one damn time did you write... call...

Wes just brushed off Sams remark annoying her more before he gave her a certain possesive look.

"Listen sis let's go grab a bite to eat o.k.?, you must be hungry.."

Sam

''Its a nice place Wes... wait a minute what the hell am I explaining myself for... your not my father... I lost him a long time ago... matter a fact I lost you a long time ago as well.'' No he wouldn't break her, she was close but she wouldn't allow it.

Did he disdain her place all that much she sure as hell didn't want his money as she didn't need him.

He ignored her simply ignored her statement... she wasn't the only one that changed.

That look the same one he always had when she was 15 and went on her first date he gave her that same look.

''Wes are you listening to anything I say!'' She screamed clearly angry...

''You left me... toy didn't call, you didn't write you left me with a drunk that hit me every day blamed me for you leaving... and I wrote you almost every day,..'' She said standing up she wanted to throw something

Wes

Wes was stunned for a second or two at Sams sudden boldness but then quickly recovered like always. "Well I'm gonna check out this bar and THEN we'll decide.."

Wes shot back to her being his usual overbearing and possessive self whenever it came to his little sis.

"Yea I'm listening..I'm listening..I missed a few phone calls.." His thoughts turned back to the bar again that Sam mentioned that she worked at now and this did not sit well with him at all. Wes felt what could almost be described as pure jealousy when he thought of the scope of the guys that must be hitting on her there now almost working himself into a rage. It was just like when his sister was back in high school going on dates with strange guys all over again but somehow this time it bothered Wes even more as he grinded his teeth blood pumping through his arteries.

"Listen Sam if that bar is some dive I don't want you working there, case closed. I'll pay your bills from now on and we'll find you a good job like in an office or something. I'm home now and things will change."

"I'm gonna take care of the old man later, he will never hurt you again trust me..Now put on a nice dress and we'll go grab a bite to eat..ok sis.?"

Wes eyes roamed over his Sams curvy female form as she stood up in front of him and then he stood up as well towering over her by at least a good half foot looking down at her pretty face.

Sam

''We won't decide anything.'' She mumbled, what gave him the right to think after years he could walk back in and take over her life, well it wasn't happening not now not ever, she wasn't the same pushover that he knew when he left.

She didn't like this new side of her brother... and he probably didn't like her changes either, but a lot had happened that had made her this way. She took a long deep breath and shook her head.

She couldn't take anymore of his bullshit. ''A few phone calls!'' She screamed. ''A few!'' She said. ''You missed more than just a few, and your standing there acting as if it don't matter.'' She said angry, almost screaming trying to keep her temper in check. She took a long deep breath and shook her head. ''Dammit Wes , you act like you didn't even change, like your supposed to come back and every things the same, well I am sorry it doesn't work out that way for me.'' She said her blood pumping more and more by the minute.

That done it when he thinks he can talk to her like that same little girl he knew once upon a time, it took everything in her not to scream in anger. ''Case closed... Wes would you listen to yourself... god I don't even know who you are... you don't even know who I am... and you want to just, god you make me furious.'' She said her face red.

''I don't need you to take care of anyone for me, I am a big girl and can defend myself. I did it without you before and I can do it now. But I am hungry, that doesn't mean I am going to wear what you want.'' She said looking away.

Why was he suddenly looking at her that way, the same way she always seemed to look at him in the past. She noticed his changes, controlling, possesive, nonchalant.

Wes

Wes took a few steps back as his eyes widened for a few seconds surprised further by Sams boldness. He had to remember that he wasn't in the military anymore and this was his baby sister who he had adored forever not some army mate. Wes then placed his hands on Sams shoulders to calm her down after she finished her outburst at him, almost wanting to smile at her and chuckle due to her finally telling him off but he knew that if he started to laugh she would probably never speak to him again so he started to say something and held back at the last second with an odd look on his face as his sis looked up at him trying to read his face like always.

"Listen..I'm sorry Sam..I didn't mean it..Hell I thought about you every day..I didn't mean what I said really."

He looked into her angry face and tried to make amends but he still wanted to see her in a skirt or a dress like he always liked.

"So after you put on a nice dress we'll leave o.k. sis? My treat..and of course we'll talk..alot.."

There he was still acting as if what he did didn't matter... or some shit like that she thought to herself, she wasn't sure what happened, he wasn't the same pushover she knew, he was more demanding more forceful perhaps what happened to the Wes she knew... then again what happened to the Sam he knew.

She didn't speak when he told her he was sorry, she just shook her head and sat on the base of the chair and looked at him more serious.

She calmed a bit at least... she was like a raging bull yet sexier and more fresh, she laughed at that thought in her head.

''If I put on a skirt or a dress... do we really have to talk, or will it at least shut you the hell up for right now?" she asked irritated.

Wes

''If I put on a skirt or a dress... do we really have to talk, or will it at least shut you the hell up for right now?"

Wes looked down at Samantha standing there holding her ground against him now with a slight hint of a smirk playing across his face. His sister looked so beautiful when she was angry that he didn't know if he wanted to grab her and kiss her or scold her for being so defiant to him. But though he was very impressed he needed to see her in a skirt or a dress like she used to wear to school in the old days and this he was firm on.

"No we don't have to talk but I think that it would be nice if you wore a skirt or a nice dress o.k. sis?"
Just then Wes reached over helping himself to Sams long silken hair playing with it in his hands.

"So how about putting this into a ponytail?"

"You know you'd be a knockout if you'd dress a little better sis, we're going to go shopping and I'm gonna buy you some new clothes tomorrow o.k.? ...and don't give me any shit on this because I won't take no for an answer..my treat."

"Now go change while I wait out here."
