Animated pics are generally GIF's...they won't show up in an animated state with a picture browser though. Sometimes they are FLI, FLC, or ANI file types as well.

Just upload the GIF as your AV...making sure to keep it under 150x150 and a filesize of 20k.

if you save it to your HD, it's still animated. if you look at it in thumbnail, it prolly won't animate. But if you set it as your av, it will.

Now, if it's too big, there I can't help ya.
