Thank you, everyone. Your support means more to me and him than you may know. He's autistic and has been looking for a job for about two years. This is the first offer he's had. I'm really not sure what the job entails, but that's not that important at this point in time. If he succeeds at the job and it works out well for everyone concerned, I'll be happy.
