George W. Bush was elected with slightly less than 50% of the vote.

About 50% of Americans support this.

About 30% of Americans are rednecks, and another 20% are just stupid.

Thus you have Republicans.

A Republican taken to his illogical extreme got ahold of the White House, just barely, using dirty tricks, and lots of money, and his name. The other guy wasn't a very good people-person, so the stupid people weren't influenced by him.

George W. Bush is Not America. He does Not represent everyone here's views.

I.
Fucking.
Voted.
Gore.

So quit blaming our entire country for the idiocy, bigotry, ignorance and bloodthirst of some.

On the other hand, Bill Clinton was elected twice with just over 40% of the vote. [So the first guy to win with 30% should should become Emporer. No, wait, that was Lincoln, the Great Emancipator and Savior of our Union.]

Remember, we have a failing educational system so some folks forget we have a Republic, not a mob-rule Democracy.

(And Dubya won all the recounts anyway.)

Didn't I tell you. The schools are failing. Anyone care to diagram that?

I'm not saying he doesn't have the backing of the majority. I'm saddened by the fact that he does, but you guys are as entitled to your opinions as mine. I just want it made clear that *I* don't agree and a LOT of others don't either. I keep talking to non-Americans and they're lumping us all together. Which is about the dumbest thing you can Do with Americans since we're supposed to take pride in our individuality ;)

A reminder for the American above

We are not idiots.

We can read.

We have access to the media and the internet.

We knew all this months ago and formed our own opinions.

Dear ]ooooo(chained),

I am so deeply sorry that my lack of proper grammar offended you. I hope that with this short note I can alleviate your concerns as to my lack of education. Due to the informal nature of the Literotica General Board, I find it easier to type my statements in a more relaxed fashion of writing. It is quite normal on such places for people to bend, if not outright break the classic rules of grammar, as we're not in an English class here. I hope that you can understand my point.

Sincerely,
Moridin

P.S.
Get the stick outta your ass.

Relax Morodin...

I know quite well that all Americans did not vote for Dubya... but at least you get the chance to vote for your president!

Here in AUS, we vote for a LOCAL representative to our Federal parliament - we have NO SAY in who gets to be Prime Minister (that's decided by the party that wins government).

I believe it's been stated by some wise man (or woman - I don't know who actually said it):

"It doesn't matter who you vote for - a politician gets in.."

It was a dig at the very point bluespoke picked up on.

Comprehension is more important than spelling or grammar.

:D :D :D

I like the stick. When you rub up and down JUST right, you cum. Try it! You'll like it!

Sorry blue,

I've been dealing with a lot of Canadians who blame the entirety of the populace for what's going on. It's been driving me batshit.

Bleh, I'm tired, it's late(early). I thought you were giving me crap about saying people were stupid and then not writing properly. As for the stick.. I think I'll stick to rubber, I prefer a softer touch.

Now, Let's talk math. 70% of Americans support this in poll after poll after poll. Hence, 50% of America are not enlightened Democrats. This again, goes to my point of a failed educational system. Your viewpoint comprises roughly 30% of America. Or less if you want to stand by the 20% of America is stoopid number.

Unless we are being informal with numbers and facts also...

Your post is full of innacurate information and much like most of the Democrats, you'd rather prioritize the policies and viewpoint of your political affiliation over the security of the country.

I'll be you supported slick Willy Clinton in every military adventure he embarked on didn't ya...? We understand you Democrats like to have lots of government, rule every aspect of your lives....it's in your nature and you can't live anyother way.

Of the 30% of people in America that do not support this, 5% of them actually have legitimate reasons and understanding of the situation. The other 25% are left over hippies from the sixties that now double as college proffessors, communist organizations like ANSWER and WWP, unemployed flower children and bitter democrats. :)

My .02 cents worth

I'd also love to point out that clinton was a felon (pardoned) when he was elected. so how much better was that and what does that say for our country?

I guess it says that there is hope for anyone - ANYONE can become President (you just need several very large bags of cash)

BTW, Brekke - where's F'nor?

F'nor had to take Canth out to feed him...........he'll be along soon.
