I don't believe that U.S. Supreme Court judge Brett Kavanaugh is running for president, Roger, although perhaps you thought that he was?

The 2018 Kavanaugh confirmation hearings played a HUGE ROLE in the Republican Party increasing its power in the U.S. Senate (with the 2018 midterms!) While the G.O.P. was losing forty-seats in the House, it was GAINING seats in the U.S. Senate, that legislative body which controls the removal of a president following impeachment!

FOUR incumbent Democratic Party U.S. Senators (from Florida, Indiana, Missouri, & North Dakota), who had all voted AGAINST Kavanaugh's confirmation to our nation's highest court, LOST their seats in November '18, making it that much easier for President Trump to confirm his NEXT U.S. Supreme Court nomination!

As for FORMER U.S. Senator Joe Biden, it's looking more & more like the Democratic Party is going to be stuck with that loser in 2020, despite the fact that NOBODY in that party (not even Barack Obama) appears to be particularly pleased at that prospect!
