As indicated in the guidelines, Literotica does not publish work featuring

"Sexual activity involving characters under the age of 18 (including but not limited to explicit sexual discussion, voyeurism, exhibitionism, fantasizing, masturbation, and graphic sexualized descriptions, in addition to actual sexual intercourse)."

I totally agree with this rule, but I have a question.

Assuming there is a (female) character, who is of legal age, but who obviously started sexual life before 18 (as many of the real life people do). Her under 18 sex life is not a topic of the story, but it follows implicitly from the contents that it happened; for instance, the lady is 20 yo, but she has a child of 5yo.

Is it against the rules to have such a character in the story?

No. Non-explicit allusions to underage sex are allowed. Just don't get too specific.

This is perfectly OK. Just don't describe the under-18 activity with any detail.

Yeah, that's fine. My first story here mentioned that the grandmother had a baby at 15 or 16.

What they all say ^^^^^^

I have children and babies in some of my stories, but my rule of thumb is to have them out of the room and ideally out of the house, and at least five hundred words away from any adult sexual content. And add a Note to the Editor, advising Laurel of their presence. There won't be an issue if you do those things.
