Satisfaction has different levels

As a reasonably experienced male, I can tell you that, while it is true that a man almost always ejaculates, there are different levels of satisfaction. Regardless of my ejaculation, if i am with a partner who has trouble orgasming, it ruins the fun for me as well. The best partners participate in their own orgasms. It is mental as well as physical. I have been with women who just would not cum no matter how much diligent effort was applied. Many women have inhibitions rooted in religion, family upbringing, or inexperience and need to be helped along slowly. I'm sure there are men that way as well.
