I agree, it would depend on the sub/slave. At the beginning of a contract, I have them list "treats" in the contract. Little selfish things they like....something just for them. Usually it includes a bit of new fet clothing, pampering at a spa, a new toy, a day of "me time", as opposed to the 4 hours per 24 they normally get.......it truely varies, but there would be something specifically tailored to them in the midst of it. I watch my girls, and listn to them, and plan out "treat days" according to what I have observed.
