I submitted a story, and received a reply stating that I need to re-submit it due to an error© I do this, the the newly submitted story ¥errors fixed¤ was stuck on pending for about 3 days, and then completely removed from my member page© Eventually it popped back up stating it was denied© I followed all guidelines, no underage sex, nothing like that© I e-mailed the people at Literotica for some help© I have yet to receive a reply© Please help!

While I've never had a story rejected I have heard a few things they look for.

Underage sex. Even a hint of this will get your story axed! You say you didn't have any so keep reading.

Improper Paragraphing. I've heard they don't like stories in one long paragraph. Make sure you put a blank line in between paragraphs so that they won't think your story is just one long paragraph. Breaking it up also makes it much easier to read.

REALLY EXTREAM content. This usually get's your story pushed over to the sister website that is not being updated right now. Since it's not being updated it may be that they have begun to just outright reject the really nasty stuff. (Beastiality, extream violence, gore, that sort of thing.) I'm not sure about this though.

Really, really, really bad grammar. I've heard from a couple of people that this has caused stories to be rejected. However judging from some of the stories I've seen accepted I can't imagine how you could write a story bad enough to be rejected.

Anyway if you want to email me the story at raydario@angelfire.com I'll take a look at it and tell you why I think it was rejected, but I'm not the authority, not even related to the authority so I couldn't give you the definitive answer.

No, I broke my paragraphs up, no extreme content, and my grammar was fine. The only thing I could think of would be the margins were weird, but I specified in my notes to try and fix it.

probably over my head here, but...

I've had a couple of stories rejected. Once due to an error, like you said you had. Each time, I've received an email telling me WHY it was rejected, and at least saying that it had been! My suggestion is to try again. Submit it again! In the place for notes at the bottom, explain briefly what happened the first time, and ask for them to re-consider it.

If your story had characters like your first post does, it could be rejected for that. If you submitted a text file or copy and pasted your text into the window, and characters such as these went with it, those would be considered special coding, and might cause a rejection. Just an idea.
Do you see the ¤ and ¥ and © characters in that post, or am I seeing things?

Well, damppanties, the looney bin is a place were you are committed to, because you are, well, because you are looney. If you see things others don't (in this case you don't see them), the men in white coats come and take you away, ho-ho, ha-ha, he-he, to the funny farm, where life is always fun.

Because you are committed, you don't get to decide what you will and won't do, wear, or who you will get to see. So, the straight jacket would be a necessity until the doctors in charge are sure you are not a danger to yourself or to others.

You seem OK to me, but you can never be too sure, in these situations. There will probably be a strip search and cavity check before they fit you for that straight jacket. Oh, surely there will be a good looking doctor or two involved in that process.

And, I will gladly come visit you, if they allow you to have visitors. I might even sneak in something special for you to snack on, if I can.

I just thought those people in there would let us do our own thing cos they feel sorry for us or something. But you informed me otherwise. So, the whole thing is cancelled now.
