There has been some remarkable stuff posted on the poetry boards today. If you're so inclined, you could stumble over and at least leave a vote on those poems that merit it. It would be appreciated, I'm sure.

I'd initiated a Same Title Challenge - Inhumanity - some very talented individuals picked up the gauntlet and grim-faced, shot their bullets. From slavery to the holocaust and across seas and continents to the here and now, the poets have shown their diversity and incredible talent in answer to this challenge.

There are no losers, all won purely through answering the call to write. That's what it was all about.

Inhumanity: Kosovo, 1999 by Lauren Hynde and since Lauren left comments off I'll comment here. Ethnic cleansing and the bombing of civilians have been around since mankind first decided to solve their problems through direct action rather than thought and conversation. Again, as upsetting as we find it, inhumanity becomes all too human.

Bugger I missed it :(

I'll definitely read them all and vote though.

Is there a link somewhere for all the new challenges?

Simply bumping this up for those who haven't seen it. There are some terrificly impressive and powerful poems here which speak to the tragedy of human nature and should not be missed.
