Feel free to try it and reward me with boobies and porn.

So I went to my friends house last night for thanksgiving because I was invited and I hate my family. There's apparently this family dish that is the highlight of the holidays. I was SO fucking good. I stole the recipe :) And I present it for your dining pleasure

Noodle Coogle (no, I don't know why they call it that)

Oven temp: 350°F
Cooking time 50-55 minutes
Cooking Vessel: 9X13X2 casserole
Yields: 12 servings

16 oz Medium Egg noodles
1/2 lb. margarine or butter (BUTTER!)
1 cup sugar
6 eggs, separated
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. ricotta cheese (or cottage. I had it with Ricotta)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.Preheat oven to 350° F and grease the casserole. Cream together the margarine (BUTTER!) sugar and egg yolks. Add Cream Cheese, Cottage (or Ricotta) Cheese, Sour Cream and Vanilla. Mix. Stir into noodles. beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into noodle mixture. Pour into Casserole and bake 40-45 minutes.

Topping

1½ cups corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tablespoons margarine (Butter!), Melted

Combine.

Remove noodles from the oven when done cooking, sprinkle topping over the noodes and return to the oven for 10 more minutes. After cooking, remove from oven, allow to rest for 10-20 minutes and enjoy

I'm trying to figure out what this might taste like, and I really have no idea...

But if you swear it's that good, I might have to try it.

I like to expriment...

It is that fucking good... it's and it tastes like a rich eggs and cheese custard... you can really taste the cinnamon and with all that sugar, it's sweet, but it's not cloyingly so.

Not to be confused with Kegels. One is fattening. The other is tightening.

edit: Thank you, Collette

Could I interest you in a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, hold the bacon, hold the mayo, hold the tomato?

Turkey bacon and fat free mayo, thanks. Heavy on the lettuce and tomato.

I remember my grammy cooking something like that when I was little. It is delicious!

Peasants. Matzo balls should melt in your mouth. Club soda is the secret.

Biting my tongue here :)

Oh and my grams made the best blintzes too!
Rolled as thin as paper, unsweetened ricotta, and fried in butter, served with sour cream. Heaven.

Fried in butter, the edges so crisp. I didn't care for the sour cream as a kid but now I'd love it...
