A prank using a transsexual or shemale

A man is absolutely heterosexual. He had a coolness towards transsexuals, ladyboys, shemales, and other people of this kind, without claiming a negative attitude. It is something like this, "I don't hate them, but, please, don`t want me to like them." But his friends know his disadvantage - he has never met such people in person. So they decide to do some kind of prank - they convince a person of this kind with a pretty feminine appearance and behavior. Her goal is to have a close relationship, even to become his girlfriend, if possible, without revealing her identity. Or it could be some kind of short-term relationship while they are on a vacation. Or even a one-evening adventure during a celebration.

An answer to my commenters who don`t like my idea:
There are people who like high speed. They enhance the vehicles and make them stronger and faster. I don`t adore roaring cars.
Some people like wine. They go to different wineries to taste different sorts of wine. I don`t drink alcohol at all, so the admiration for wine or whiskey is out of my mind.
Other people like the movie superheroes or villains and use their costumes for fun or some kind of cosplay. Such behavior is not mine.
The mentality of these people affects their behavior and appearance.
I dare say the same sentence is good for heterosexuality, transsexuality, homosexuality, and others - the inner self changes the behavior, appearance, feelings, and all other features. If even the thought to have any erotic act with a man makes me uncomfortable, would you blame me if refuse to be embraced and kissed by a man who is wearing thongs and stockings?

The issue here is mostly because of the terminology used. Prank makes it sound as if the the transgender person is just a prop in a cruel game.

Exploring the boundaries of a straight male being seduced by a transwoman is an interesting subject to explore. Do be mindful that this might trigger people on both sides. The straight guys that do not recognise trans women to be women and who will react homophobicly, but also the trans person who might be triggered because you are exploring a theme that has resulted in many transwomen getting assaulted and killed for this very thing.

So if you think you can explore this respectfully from all sides, go for it. Just know that regardless of how well you do it. You will catch a lot of hate for it.

I will defend the OP. This idea is the soul of conflict, and conflict is what drives good writing. Yes, it could be done in a crass and disrespectful way, but it can also be done in in a way that doesn't have to offend anyone. The feelings alluded to are real, and exploring them honestly can make for a compelling (and erotic) story.

I did not think it was unacceptable, more controversial, thought I ought to point out the heat it would draw- more if posted in a story than here. see the probably valid comments criticizing word choices in my tale She-male Babysitter. I was not criticized much for the story, which I tried to make pro-gender choice, and which scored well, but I had to wear my flame-proof underwear for a while.

Nicely put, thank you for your thoughtful reply.

To the OP I'd just make a couple of fresh points. The plot you suggest could go two ways - there are men who, through their upbringing and expectations, think they ought to outright reject homosexual or transgender people. As Gamina points out, your use of the word prank is troublesome and how it plays out in your story will hopefully give you more scope by writing the full conversations and setting the scene.

Maybe the man discovers she is trans and goes through a load of soul-searching to realise his preconceptions were wrong and that he likes this person despite her trans status?

As for her not revealing that she is trans, and assuming they make out, I think that is unlikely, unwise and dangerous for her. I presume she is post op and doesn't have a dick? I'm not sure how else she could disguise her background. Don't think I'm finger wagging here - these are just ideas you need to figure out in your plot.

I think you've got a choice: write a quick-fuck erotic story that ticks all the boxes for Lit stories, or write something more thoughtful.
