A Particular Photo

There is a photo floating around on-line. It's taken from behind of a woman in a dragonfly tie. She's at the entrance to a beach and is wearing some flowing thing that's blowing in the breeze. I'd had it saved, but a hard-drive crash took care of that, and I don't remember either the photographer or the model's name so I haven't been able to find it again.
