Characters:
Tim - first found in the hospital, having survived a car accident.
Dominique - a nurse (just started) who must tell him the news he lost his wife and child in the accident.
Tim woke up in the hospital, unsure of what hat happened in the last several hours. He heard the sounds of the hospital around him. He wasn't sure where his wife Amanda and daughter Alyssa were. When he cam to, he discovered a young, fresh-out-of-college nurse. He read her tag - "Dominique." It was a pretty name. Her face greeted him with a smile. He winced a little bit as she brought him up onto the bed. She smiled and said, "Does that hurt?"
"A little bit."
"Nice and easy." Tim was looking at her. But he knew he shouldn't. After all, he had two people to go back to. He felt confident everything was going to be okay. But the look on the nurse's face told him differently.
