A Night At The Opera

Seems like one of those things that would strain the suspension of disbelief if depicted in a story here.
I have this weird feeling the "fainting audience" count was a wanted
part of the production and encouraged/amplified.

Sure, people had poor reactions but any reaction was cultivated/counted for the attention.

Reminds me of the Heart Attack place that entices people already of poor health to come by for free food so they can add to their "incidents" wall.

Now I want to know which piece of flesh was cut off and eaten as part of the production. Seems hard to reproduce for the next night? Not to mention the matinee.

That's what understudies are for I was wondering that too. I wonder whether it was really an actual performer's flesh or if somebody snuck in a cocktail frankfurt/etc. via sleight of hand.

OTOH, maybe they went to the Armin Meiwes Appreciation Society.

Ok, show of hands...who read what was involved in the production and then clicked to watch the trailer anyway?

For those that didn't, there is also a skateboarding across a half-pipe at one point.

To be honest, the smell of human flesh being cooked would definitely get me leaving the venue, if not actively seeking assistance. If I hadn't already left for artistic reasons before then...
