How about this.....Two brothers separated in childhood by a flood that destroys the entire village/city. One grows up to be a Mafia Don while the other is an upright Cop and as destiny has it there are bound to meet again...this time only on opposite sides. And the most important part of the story the brothers are identical twins and are often mistaken by the group of either men.

Not bad but check this one out.
A hardcore porno chick is on the run from gangsters she owns money to. She find refuge in a convent full of nuns and bishops. Cue lots of hardcore sex action as she seduces everyone.
Just an idea I'm working on.

Don't forget

Don't forget the women in their lives!

Or the porno chick and one of the nuns were the ones separated by the flood!

Yeah and they find themselves to be long lost sisters seperated by a natural calamity...and they fall in love with the same bishop...

I'm not saying any or all of these ideas are bad, but they aren't as thought out as they could be if truly for a movie.
If you want to be a movie writer, before you do anything, check around to see if there are the same or similar themes in another movie, and either abandon your idea for another, or put your own spin on it.
Make sure the plot doesn't overshadow the detailing.
Make room for dialog in the proper places, and flesh it out with motive, means, and opportunity.

I know this all sounds like the typical story writing rules, but it's a little different when it comes to movies.
You can make a written story more boring than a movie (including narration), but you have to keep your audience at attention and on the edge of their seats for this kind of movie.
The characters must be made believable with likable heroes and villains you would not suspect are villains.

Nuns On The Run
Two con artists find refuge in a Church/nunnery after dressing as nuns.
The shemales are mistaken for real nuns and taken in as one of their own.
Buns On The Run
Porno version of the real movie.
EXACTLY like your script.

This theme has also been used for many movies of the Clint Eastwood type.

The movie script rules includes anime/hentai movies.
