Hey I just saw the message on CHYOO's homepage had changed.

as it seems they now have over 15, 000 members. I wonder how many are active though? Membership has really increased in the last couple months, I wonder why?

Anyway, anything else been updated or improved yet?

Well, there do seem to have been a lot of german/other non-english threads recently. Maybe the big surge in membership is the non-english speakers joining?

Well, there are several high-quality new - or newly active after a long break - german contributors.

But I think the most important cause for the surge in member numbers is that now you have features useful for read-only folks, notably the story map function, that are only accessible after registration. So this may have motivated many "free-loaders" to sign up.

Notwithstanding the increase in members, I see that now for the first time the number of threads has passed the number of members! This is due obviously to the new species of combinatorial stories where 4 ages, 3 races, 4 tit sizes, and 3 hair colours produce 4x3x4x3=144 no-brain threads (or so).
