A new found love.

The idea I have for a story is not really an idea, it's a true story. My wife and I have been married for 7 years now. We were together for 4 years before we got married. For the first 4 years plus the first 5 years of our marriage, I was never faithful. There was always something missing. Something I was yearning for. I had more affairs than I can count. Well, she eventually did find out, and we separated. Well I ended up hitting rock bottom and went crawling back. Went thru lots of counseling to get back to where we should be. We eventually had 2 adorable boys. Now recently we decided to enter into a D/s lifestyle. She is my sub and I am her Dom. This has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to our marriage. It was the answer to what I had been yearning for. She gives me everything I need. And in return I give her everything.
Granted I've only skimed over the important facts, there's a lot more I can add to it. She thinks I should write this story down. What does anyone else think?

I agree. You should write it down. At the very least, just for yourself. If you feel sufficiently voyeuristic, post it here. It will be good for your soul.

Tell the story as fiction from the third person POV. In my opinion, attempts to tell true stories come off like a newspaper article on fucking. Establish your characters well, let us know them (you and your wife) then let the action happen. Give us all the details. If you don't want to use factual descriptions (what your cock, her pussy, etc, looked like), make up fictional ones, it won't hurt the story. One more suggestion: let your characters be bolder than you are (were).
