Exercise.

Not as easy as popping a pill in your mouth but it works. Doctors often fail to inform their patients that excercise is a natural antidepressent.

In most cases, when doctors tell their patients to excercise, 5 percent of the improvement that doctors see in them stems from the drug and 95 percent from increased activity.

Thats it...I need a healthy round of carnal cardio workout... it is all about the endorphins I swear!

I wholy agree - especially if you provide the holes! *lol*

Yes - combine excercise with sex and you can't go wrong!

Isn't men's cum supposed to be be a natural antidepressent for women?

Hey, I'm serious here... ;)

I would love to be one of the testers to provide the hard scientific data on this...

Exercise also helps alleviate allergies, increase self-esteem, and work out stress.

People need to walk more, kiss more, make more love, and eat more good food. The world would be a better place if they did.

I am totally addicted to hard core, fast paced walking.

It started with me "chasing" my kids around the block while they were on bikes.

Our "walks" used to be what they earned at the end of a good day.

Now, it is a must for me and no matter how awful the day is, we are walking!

I don't know if there is a chemical rush or whether it is the satisfaction of doing soemthing for me, but it is an incredible rush.

I don't feel right if I don't run or lift weights at the end of the work day. I am so in the habit now that missing it is like missing a meal - worse even!

I am right there with you. My daily workout is as much apart of my day as any meal. I don't know if I'd go so far as to say it's worse than missing a meal, but it sucks when I don't make it to the gym.

I agree. Lefting weights has helped me deal with the stress of my job.... I still hate my job but I don't stress out as bad..... now if I could stop hurting myself While I work out that would be even more gooder better.

I must concur with you Taking chances. When I am able to go down on MY-sir, I am anything but depressed!! :p

I work out five days a week. I'm addicted to the feeling I have the rest of the day, when I start my day at the gym.

I sleep better, I'm energized the entire day, I look better...yada, yada, yada....

No - I especially try and do it when I feel bad. It makes me feel better.

I agree. I haven't felt very good for the past few days...but I still drag my butt to the gym. I do believe that I feel better than if sat around, dwelling on the fact that I'm feeling a little under the weather.

I think as with so many other things in life, the key is not any one thing, but a balance of several things. Specifically, good food, frequent exercise, and wild and frequent sex.

The hardest part...

about getting out and working out is well my LACK of self esteem when it comes to my body....this "exercise" thing is supposed to help with this problem....but how can you do it if you can't bring yourself to mount a stationary bike at a gym .....or someting.

I am deeply considering joining the local gym here in houston but i don't know if i can stand it....
