A meal hint

OKay so you have a party planned but you don't know what to make. Here's a hint.

Make a large meatloaf but instead of making it in the usual pan make it in a Bundt Pan. (This makes it into a nice ring.)

While it's cooking steam some veggies. I like to use either Broccoli or Cauliflower.

Dump the meatloaf out of the bundt pan and set it on a cookie sheet. Fill the center with the steamed veggies and cover with shredded cheese. Place in a hot over and allow the cheese to melt and start to brown. (350° for at least ten minutes.)

Serve in small wedges.

Meatloaf! That's one I've dropped from the menu and I have no idea why.

easy meatloaf...

1lb ground meat of choice
1 egg
a small jar of salsa mild or hot
bread crumbs to mix

slap first 3 together mix up. add enough bread crumbs to bind it, throw it in the the pan and bake at 350f for 50min to an hour
