Most people just use electric hair clippers. They're easy to find at your local drugstore, for about twenty bucks, and they do a good job. Buy a small pair of clippers, the larger ones are too heavy to work with one hand, and awkward as hell!

Well to be honest Sir asked to see it. He saw my post here after I sent it but either my search skills failed me or it has been taken down from where it was. Trimming is not hard though. I do what satindesire suggested and it works well.
