i'm having a terrible time finding this little gem. i suppose it's due to my fuzzy, incomplete memories of it. i'll relate what i can and hope you good folk can help me out. so, here goes.
i read a tale on this site maybe two years ago. a father/daughter number. the setting was possibly alaska, but i'm none too sure about that. it was cold, snowy and they had been trapped out in the wild for several days (possibly from a downed plane) while the slow seduction/revelation was happening. after the rescue, i believe the father gained a girlfriend in addition to having his daughter on occasion. the father may also have had something to do with skiing (instructor, maybe?) it was more than a few pages long and may have had extra chapters.
my main memories of the story are that it was exceptionally well written, fully engaging and hotter than printed words should ever be. please, please please help me out if any of you are able.
