[ I ask this question as it impacts upon a plot bunny. ]

A singer from German girl band No Angels has admitted to having unprotected sex with several partners without warning them she was HIV-positive. Nadja Benaissa, 28, was speaking at the opening of her trial in the German city of Darmstadt.

She's been charged with GBH.

What should her punishment be ?

That's not really a legal question. The "legal" answer would already exist in German law. Perhaps a revisit to the moral and social-responsibility and physical threat issues should/will be revisited to adjust the law, whatever it is. But "legal" refers to what already exists in the law.
