A Irfanview Resizing Question

I have a animated GIF that I need to resize to make it my AV how do I resize it so that it is still animated.

I have figured out how to resize but I can't make it animated.

IrFanview can displ;y animations, but it can't edit them.

Editing or resizing of animated GIFs requires an animation program, like JASC's AnimationShop.

Checkout GIFWorks.com -- I'm told it's a very rudimentary way to work with animated GIFs but adequate for simple resizing.

Both will do very well for resizing of .gifs, and they are free.
