How do you insert the pictures?

First you right click on the picture and click properties to get the web address of the picture. Copy it and put it into you post.

On each end of your web address type this without the spaces in the brackets [img ]http://fortunecity.animfactory.com/animations/sports/miscellaneous/ping_pong_paddle_sm_clr.gif[ /img]

Just put the img and /img inside the brackets without spaces.

No, the IMG, /IMG tags only work with pictures (not html files) and only on pictures that have a URL that is always accessible to the web.
