A Higher Chat Thread

I love the word games and being able to chat with all my friends on Lit ...... but sometimes it can get a little bit constraining when you have to follow a particular letter to start your reply, or follow a certain theme, or only use one word, etc etc

So I thought I would start a thread where we could all get together and post anything we want on a daily basis, so if you have anything to say to any of the others, instead of trying to work it into another post on another game, just say it here .....

What do you think? I have been frustrated on many occasions by the restrictions placed on other threads when I want to say something in particular .... I know if it's someone specific, you can pm, but a lot of times it can apply to several people at once .... anyway, see what happens.

It may be a case of a thread too far ......

Me I've been about in a few threads lol....mostly my own ones lol...just haven't had the time as of late matey, but here's hoping after april, I'll get some...nightshift steals most of your time lol

Not bad at all, thanks .... very busy at the moment, work-wise (I'm at work now .... )

Never worked shifts, but I should imagine working nights does bugger your time-schedules up a bit .....

Relaxing, but doing what most people find tedious.....updating my website...........no, it's not erotic or porno........... got to get ready for National Poetry Month......... I'm a real geek, I love research!!

No, it's officially BST (British Summer Time) now, our clocks went forward an hour early this morning, so it's now coming up to 1.30pm here in England. I've had to come into work to finish a few things off this morning, but I'm just about to leave for home now.

I'm feeling fine in myself, though ...... hopefully I can get to relax a bit later in the day.

I teach 8th grade Communication Arts. I'm also a Consultant, dealing primarily with literacy and technology; mainly how to bring technology into the language arts classroom. I have made presentations throughout the US at conferences and for individual schools. I'm beginning another career as an adjunct professor in the same area this year...........and I don't usually talk about myself. I'm really a shy person.

I am just taking it easy this morning.
Well it has been warmer and we can see patches of bare earth in some places. The snowplowed piles will take awhile to melt though. It has been very foggy for the last several days because of the warm air and the cold snow...makes for slower driving!
