A heartwarming little tale on CNN

The variations are many, depending on who shows up.

My mind went to a bisexual couple (women), one domme and one sub. The impressionable young (18 y/o) man is willing to do anything to stay inside on this cold, dark night. Domme decides to make a gift of him to her sub, allowing her to be a 'top' for a change.

Passion ensues. :nana:

Maybe to change the story from the obvious the following:

A guy (substitute other genders if you like) turns on the porch light of his (parents?) farmhouse as he leaves. At his arrival back he finds an attractive stranger. Things happen, or they might just become friends and on the way back from their destination the stranger gives a proper thank you.

Every once in a while when he goes out and turns on the porch light, a stranger appears. Each time it has a more crazy part. Either the reason they knock on the door (I think there's a spy after me!) or the strangers themselves are more extreme than the last one (a gaggle of sorority sisters (is that 18+? Otherwise the 18+ version) and some games to pass the time get a little out of hand. Each time we jump years ahead, following the man in parts of his life as he meets the strangers.

Eventually we meet our old protagonist. He's not long for this world, and had a great life. Once more he goes out. He'll not go far, he's too old for that, but he turns on the porch light regardless.

My choice would be to suggest a stranger comes to the house. We don't know if the old man can return. We just know the porch light is warm near the front door. The sign of hospitality.

Very cool.

Reminds me of an old joke. Two traveling salesmen suffer a car breakdown outside an old farmhouse. The kindly old widow lady lets them stay the night. In the morning, they get their car towed and go back to their lives.

A year later, one of the salesman confronts the other one. "Did you sleep with that old lady and give her MY name?"

"Yes, sorry, I did. How did you find out?"

"She just died and left me a million dollars!"
