(Yeah, well, I am back. Why I am saying that is beyond me since most of you probably do not care. But, what the hey. Anyway, back to what this thing is supposed to be about.)
This RP is supposed to be a kind of continuation of another RP from another site that died on me. The backstory is basically this (You will find it very helpful to read the following): There are two main characters, NavV and Cassandra Opiea.
Now, NavV is somewhat of a difficult character to describe. He is, what I ended-up calling, a Nano-Colony. Basically, he is an extremely complex machine comprised completely of Nanomachines. I originally said, "For every cell in a Human being, there is a Nanomachine in NavV." This makes him a very complex machine, not only in his physical form but also in the way he "thinks". No other machine like him exists, nor is there any other AI comparable to his. While he has complete understanding of knowledge academically, the countless nuances of being a Human escape him. When he first met Cassie, he was much like a small child. So while he was extremely smart, he had to be taught how to smile by her. In a way, NavV could be the grand experiment that tests the question that has been on Mankind's mind for decades, "Could a Machine, A Robot, have a soul? Could it develop or grow a heart and spirit?"
Cassie was an eighteen year old girl when she first met NavV. She was finishing high school and also worked and lived there, as a janitor. She was fine with her lifestyle, and thought the beautiful campus more than made up for that minor annoyance. She was not poor or anything, she just liked being independent like that. Being a talented blooming seamstress she made her own clothing that looked wonderful on her, so she made some of her own clothes to save money. A caring and happy girl, she was quite a foil to NavV's stoic and laconic demeanor. But she was more than happy to get to know and be friends with NavV, and even help him be like a Human as much as she could.
Almost from the moment his eyes caught sight of her, there was somthing he felt for her. Over the relatively short time of their relationship, many events occured between them. NavV became increasingly familiar with "feelings" and "emotions", most of which welled up within him when he was around her. She, too, developed feelings for him, despite knowing what he was. To her, he was, all in all, Human. Then, one day while they were watching the sunset on a local beach, NavV's computer mind lost control of his body to something else. He had been keeping an arm her while they sat on the sand when she cuddled closer to him. One thing led to another, and they made beauitful love on the beach. It was Cassie's first time, and she did not regret it at all.
Only a few days after that, she disappeared. NavV looked for her, but she could be found nowhere. He quickly grew anxious and ran around everywhere, tearing off doors and generally using his inhuman abilities in search of the young woman he loved. But she was nowhere to be found. The pain became too much for him in so many ways. First, his system could not understand. He could not feel pain of any kind, so it must be an error to feel this. Then, somehow, it was what Cassie called his Heart that was aching.
So, unable to take it anymore, he proceeded to perform a manual memory wipe on himself. He hoped that by destroying everything that reminded him of her, the pain would go away. Now he is even more of an empty shell than he was before he met her. Perhaps the pain is gone. Or perhaps something..... Else still holds onto those memories, and onto those feelings that came with them.

So there is where I need some help. While still looking for someone to play a 5-years-later Cassie, I could use some help on the situation that brings them back in contact with one another. It is going to be one of those stories where an old love is renewed. But something stands in the way. My idea for Cassie was that, after 5 years, part of her heart had to move on and she is now engaged.
I will post NavV's profile later, and Cassie's player can have some liberty. But I have two pictures for some reference. Also, I might have missed some information, so I may add some more.
