A great black male role model in Hollywood.

imagine that! a black man who doesn't play to your stereotype.
Ask any White Nationalist (or one of their Semi-White Nationalist Wannabee Auxilliary)....Black men are scary and one should never pass up a chance to emasculate one when given the opportunity.

I'm waiting for the left to totally reject the construct of race and make a movie with a white man plying MLK.:(

Hollywood's latest trend is to reboot and remake classic stories where main characters are race and gender swapped, turned gay, and masculine males are emasculated or feminized.

They seem to think they are being politically progressive and edgy. Reality is they creatively bankrupt and using minority characters as a cynical marketing gimmick to sell their crappy content and mask their incompetence.

It also serves as vehicle to reject legitimate criticism of their shitty tv shows and movies as bigotry. Because everyone knows if you don't like all your action/super hero and sci fi franchises turned into soap opera level, gay love stories it's because of racism, homophobia, and misogyny.

If that would get you to go see that movie, it'd be worth it. You might just learn something.

It's a matter of money. The studios like remakes and sequels because anything original is a financial gamble.

If studios were worried about financial gambles they wouldn't emasculate male characters and pointlessly add gay themes to films. Virtually every film that tries this virtue signaling nonsense flops at the box office or under performs.

Good summation. Hollywood's been intellectually bankrupt for quite some time now.

Just ask Disney about their revenue collapse...

The problem with most of the entertainment industry is that everyone they know
(i.e., those that they do not ostracize) thinks exactly like they do.

Ergo, EVERYONE must think like that!

[Double meaning there, think about it.]

The Brits generally turn out a superior product untainted by "wokeness." Back in the '90's Hollywood started taking otherwise outstanding novels and twisting the film adaptation to reflect their misguided sensitivities to the point that the film was only marginally recognizable. Then they wondered why the film flopped when the book was such a success.

Like T Scott?

Like B Carson?

Werent you QUEERZ all in a TIZZY over them?

I don't know who T Scott is and I don't care enough to look him up. Ben Carson in 2016 proved himself to be a straight up 100% race traitor and there is no excusing that.

Writing has been intellectually bankrupt since around the time the Bible became officially codified and even within the Bible itself you see minor variants on the exact same bullshit multiple times. If anything between Hollywood and smaller productions made possible by Youtube, Webcomics and sites like this one (I know half you idiots don't know there is an actual site connected to this) writing is probably at its most varied within a single "culture" as it has ever been.
