Okay, here's how it works. You post a quote, without identifying where it came from. You can identify the category, though. Okay, so here's the first quote. It's from a book. "if you drink much from a bottle marked 'poison', it is almost certain to disagree with you, sooner or later."

My first thought is that it sounds like an excerpt from Alice in Wonderland or Through the Looking Glass, but it's possible that I only happened to be reading those at the same time as I came across this quotation.
