A formal motion

I'm inclined to agree, given the post frequency. It gives the thread a disproportional importance within the forum that I personally don't think it should have.

Then unstick it.

That's what I meant with my comment. It wasn't, now it is. I don't think it matters either way. It'll stay bumped up enough to make it easy to find.

Unstick it.

Well, it doesn't matter much to me either. I was going to wait and see what everyone else thought about it. ;)

You unstick it.

No. You unstick it. lol Then if anyone complains, I'll say that you did it. :D

I want to be on the contrary side of the argument. I just feel that way inclined today.

Keep it stuck for no other reason than most want it unstuck!

i'd like to stick the both of you.

(not Senna and Bogus, Lau . . . oh, you know what i mean.)

I think you should stick and unstick it at random. I mean how hard is it to stick and unstick? And it will put in the element of surprise.

Like a treasure hunt. You can even disguise it for an extra element of mystery.

I dont know what you mean. Can you draw a diagram?

it would look sort of like one of Senna's diagonal kennings,

especially if you join in to give it the fourth corner.

It's not logical for the "New Poems Reviews" to be sticky.

What happen? Somebody didn't mention you!

............................................................

It seems logical enough for the Author Hangout to have a new stories review thread 'stuck' @ the top of the forum. (But then again it was inspired by the New Poems Review 'sticky') <bigrin

Perhaps a 'sticky' to vote on what to do with the thread in 2007 <grinin.

stick it where....? (~_*)

Other than that I was momentarily confused by it being unstuck (and, consequently, having to look for it), I'm not sure this matters one way or another.

I'm puzzled why it being stuck is "not logical," though. I'd be mildly interested in the explanation of that. Why should anything be stuck or not stuck? What, exactly, is stuckiness? Is it friendly? Contagious? Would I be ashamed of myself if I was stuck?

To be perfectly egalitarian, we should probably demand the random stuckiness of threads. Stuck today, unstuck tomorrow.

Who cares?

The Mods do the 'sticky'

I suppose it is a sticky situation, there was a formal complaint!
The thread was simply unstuck. So it floats. No "doing away" with it.

People do reviews, it stays near the top. They don't, it doesn't.

Seems pretty simple, really.
