Just a couple of thoughts from my initial impressions of the site.
It'd be nice to be able to link from the "My threads" section directly to that thread in the story. This would enable you to add another thread to your own thread after it has been approved without having to remember how to navigate through the story to that thread.
I also think stories in the various index pages should have a "total threads" count rather than just the current "deepest thread" listing. This would enable to have a better idea of just how many options are in a story as well as knowing when a new thread has been added to a story you are following.
