A femdom story where the female boss only uses her subordinate?

This idea has been going around in my head for a few weeks now, I would like to write it down at some point, when I have time, but first I wanted to share it here to see if anyone can think of a way to improve it.

It's the story of a man who falls in love with his boss, who is sexy but intimidating. One day he gets up the courage to ask her out to dinner and to his surprise she accepts. They hit it off and she invites him to her room, where they have sex with her dominating him. They start dating and he becomes more and more submissive.

Then, in the end, it is discovered that she was just using him, as she wanted him to divert company funds to her and her real lover (a character that would appear many times in the story).
The story would end with the protagonist locked up in jail, but strangely, still yearning for his domineering boss.

I was liking the first part of the story but when you mentioned her simply conning him to commit fraud, it left me feeling disappointed and sad. It’s an interesting angle and I don’t recall seeing other twists like this in stories. It might work for other readers but I’d think most guys like me want happier endings.

What if she was doing all this because she wanted to turn him into a play toy to gift to her real lover. Or better yet, her bi husband. She gets him so turned around that he can’t live without her and she basically offers him that choice. You can be with me but only as a toy for me and my lover to use any way we desire.

It might work for other readers but I’d think most guys like me want happier endings.

I'd go with this idea.

Or maybe the boss is bi and is in a relationship with another woman, who is a lesbian. She uses him just for the PIV sex she's missing at home plus the chance to be the dominant one.

What happens when the bosses partner finds out? Then things really get extreme. This would turn into a terrific BDSM story.

If it were my story, I’d have the sub discover he is being used and set up as the fall guy for if/when the boss and her real lover want to escape with the money. One time after a session she takes a shower and her unlocked phone displays a message from her true lover that he sees and realises something is up.

He thinks he loves being Dommed but feels betrayed by the boss. He does a bit of snooping and checking their trail and realises he was being conned all along. He feels lost and is moping around when he gets an anonymous message along the lines of “I know everything that has gone on. I know all the plans. I know you know. I know what you like. If you want a new Mistress and to escape with the money, contact me via an anonymous encrypted message platform she has self hosted in an jurisdiction authorities can’t subpoena.

He goes along with it, including agreeing to meet up blindfolded and be taken somewhere for “interrogation” by his new potential Mistress. He is tied up in a room, blindfold removed and it’s the nerdy IT girl who he always ignored as just some IT Goth Girl. She gives him a Dom/Sub experience like he’s never had with the boss and afterwards tells him how she hates the boss and her lover, who are often rude and mean to people, so she read their private emails via screen sharing / logging and saw their plan to betray him, she also said they have secretly recorded him being abused to use as leverage and blackmail. She offers to help him, delete the evidence and recordings, and be his new Dom. He agrees to sub to her and go along with her plan.

Together they manufacture the double cross heist and cover their tracks with her IT skills. Boss and lover go to jail. Employee negotiates a severance settlement with the company who were liable for workplace bullying (real or manufactured by the two of them) and a few weeks later IT girl quietly resigns.

The guy and Goth Girl live out a happy early retirement, where he is free to service her needs all day.

It may be tricky to make it flow with enough pace and sex appeal to keep it enjoyable without getting bogged down in the nuances of accounting and bookkeeping and IT jargon, although even bean counters need a story to help them with their bean flicking.

The basic idea appeals to me, I’ll have to give it some thought. I might have a try at writing something along those lines, if you have no objection.

It may take me a while though.
