A different question on how to post an image as a link

I can figure out how to post a link to a picture but it is a small one and I am using flikr. I am curious how everyone gets the link that looks like this:
192.jpg (71.1 KB, 29 views)
193.jpg (61.9 KB, 29 views)
194.jpg (89.0 KB, 24 views)
195.jpg (94.7 KB, 25 views)
