The story begins with a slave-master style wedding. The protagonist has chosen to completely give up her (his, if the author prefers) previous life and become a complete slave. A full submissive, her wedding vow consists of giving up her rights and her safeword. She does so happily. The wedding is somewhat of a joke in that she fully expects (quite accurately) that her master will sell her or give her to a friend within a couple months. But being a slave is her dream life, and that is part of it.

Then, she dies. I leave it to the writer to decide how, but it should be sudden. Upon dying, she finds herself in hell, where she is told that she free will is a gift from god and giving it up means she has no right to heaven. Making the punishment fit the crime, she becomes a slave in hell, too. She is passed around between various demons. Of course, she's such a submissive that being considered a slave to pass around is enjoyable. Her "punishment" is better than her wildest submissive dreams. The "demons" don't let slip that she's really in heaven for a couple weeks. They figured she'd appreciate the vicious welcome but had to tell her the truth as she needed a chance to say hi to some of her family/friends.

Death is not usually popular on Lit.

maybe its a dream state, and she awakes to slave happily ever after?

No no, I'd be willing to tackle that, its a very original idea. I think that her actually being in Hell would be kinda cool though. Kinda like the story line Reqiem which is just an incredible comic.

True, but it can be done well. The Angels series (includes angels of mercy and a four-part sequel) was done quite well. None of the stories have red H but 2 have green E. Anyhow, my main thought while reading that story was that it seemed odd that people going into hell were having such a good time. Seems more like a thing for heaven.

I'm not a big fan of organized religion, so I have a habit of breaking the rules about Heaven and Hell as far as how they operate, who's in charge when I write anyway. So such minor things aren't a big deal to me. I don't think I would change it to dreaming though, the death is kind of an important part of the story.

Breaking the rules is all well and good but it's become a bit cliche for the "victims" to be generally rather happy to be in hell. A few dozen angels dressing up as demons and messing with the new arrival to heaven brings a grin to my face.

Anyhow, I've always taken the view that any author interested in using one of my ideas can do whatever he or she wishes with it so feel free to ignore my completely.

As for Sirhug's suggestion to make it dreaming, that would, ironically enough, make the ending sad rather than happy, since she's a rather happy slave. I agree that death is a big part of the story.

Now, the dream could make for an interesting "twist".

If you want the woman to be a newlywed, make D/s obsolete in the relationship. Have the relationship/hubby "normal". (Man, I hate that word, but sadly it does get the point across.)

Submission and hard-core BDSM are this woman's fantasies. However it's written....she's dreaming basically the whole story.... Hardcore BDSM with the demons and whatnot.

Maybe she has a "wet dream" and wakes hubby up by mistake by the end of the story. Does she tell him what got her so excited or no? Could make for a series... :)

Normal is the right word for it, that is why it gets the point across it is an accurate definition. You are not normal, and neither am I and to a certain extent you are expected to be in order to operat in normal society. That whole crap about what is normal? Is wrong and honestly we know it to be wrong just like being taught that boys and girls are the same growing up is wrong and it feels wrong and you know its wrong from the first time its said.

While I don't have any problem with Hell being a pleasant place. I do think that if you are going to make a series out of it that the Dream Sequence might be a much better idea. Specially if you play it off like she's slightly insane. You know like tell the dream and demon sequence as an entirely separate story from her real life. So you'd have chapter one be like a Romance or Erotic Couplings. Real lovey dovey kinda stuff. Then chapter two Sci-fi/BDSM and real rough, then she wakes up and we have her having passionate sex with him while thinking about her dream. Then take her to work and have her start daydreaming and progress like that.

I think we could go with the dream idea. Just because it makes the story longer than a one shot. What does everybody think about going back and forth, like almost with two stories with her being the common link between worlds. That her memories and to an extent actions (peircings, tattoos and the such) carry over but nothing else?

And a 7 year old with full tribal tattoos and face peircings is not normal. Normal is not in the eye of the beholder. Normal means more people than not, or atleast more people than any other particular trend. if three people go one way, and even if there are a million other options, if each of those other million only have one, then the three people are normal, and everybody else is abnormal. Actually i suppose in that case those three would be abnormal for agreeing and thus are in the minority.

I see pretty much the whole story as the dream sequence. Maybe there's some type of opening that describes the woman, and perhaps her new3 husband, but there doesn't even have to be.

Cut to the dream. Hard core BDSM. The demons could be symbolism for what is missing in her life. Hell, maybe she doesn't even know she's a sub yet. These could be desires that were buried very deep inside her.

As I said before, the hubby could be awoken in bed next to his bride. She's almost panting, sweaty, wet. Literally had a wet dream. Then it's up to the author on if she tells her hubby the dream or not.

Could spin off into a series where the couple finally engages in BDSM... Or maybe she seeks what she needs outside of the relationship. Maybe she even engages in BDSM with no intercourse in scenes, telling herself "she's not cheating" then...

If you're willing to put in enough writing to justify the dream idea, then it is a good idea...though it is not the same story as the one I suggested.

PS: My apologies if this post is poorly typed. I'm using a cypher font so I can browse in public.

I believe the dream sequence was suggested because death stories don't go over too well at Lit... :)
:::Sigh:::
Well, she could just die and go to BDSM Hell at the end. Would be a nice ending for the story.

Even Better. :) But, this tale would focus more, or at least SOME, on the Devil's "feelings" methinks.

I bet he likes it nasty

Y'know, I've just been reminded of a story idea I came up with a long time ago, although it has nothing to do with this except that it involves sex in Hell and something of a twist ending.
