I don't know where all of you get your information but the longtime Yankee skipper not only has the highest WP% in history, but he won 9 pennants. One with the lowly Cubs, 8 with the Yankees including the first Four peat in World Series history in the years 36-39.
He never managed a team to any less than fourth place even with perennial bums like the Cubs and the Red Sox.
